Edit Appointment date or time in LiveConnect

Before we get into what this feature does, are you familiar with SalesOptima’s LiveConnect service? If not, and it looks interesting to you, please shoot me an email at sean@salesoptima.com and we can discuss how it might aid your SalesOptima experience! 

This update, as you’ll see in the video below, allows you to edit appointments that show up as LiveConnect cards right from the dashboard! Say a prospect gets in touch and needs to change the time or day of their appointment, you can do that right from the dashboard, saving you some time!
